Key themes to be covered at this year's forum include the continuing globalisation of litigation (with regards to both procedure and enforcement), the future of U.K cost reforms in light of the future implementation of Lord Jackson's recommendations and the evolving shape of collective redress in Europe. Further to this, the event will host several more intimate group discussions on topics including; the use of expert witnesses in response to recent case law, changes to the patent county court system and legal privilege in litigation post Akzo Nobel.
