Legal Week's sixth annual Commercial Litigation Forum will take place on Wednesday 15 September at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London SW1. This year’s theme will centre on enforcement, as industry regulators eye UK corporates with ever-greater scrutiny. The new government will also create debate around new policies and their effects on UK courts, regulators and litigators. This year’s programme will allow attendees to hear from experts on issues of bribery, corruption and the future of financial regulation.

We are delighted to announce that The Right Honourable Lord Woolf of Barnes will be delivering the keynote address entitled "A post-election analysis – what does the future hold?"

The conference will also offer the opportunity to hear more about the cost review undertaken by Lord Justice Jackson, identifying which proposals from the landmark report will be implemented.

The forum will also provide a stage for debates including:
• The future of litigation outsourcing
• Developments at the Bar in light of legal services reform
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Conditional fee structures and ATE insurance
• Disaster litigation and managing large scale crisis

We look forward to welcoming you to the Legal Week Commercial Litigation Forum and trust you will enjoy the conference. We hope you will not only find the conference stimulating and informative but also come away with fresh ideas and practical solutions for managing litigation.
